NORTHBROOK, IL — 91��Ƶ, the worldwide cleaning association, has adopted n, the nonprofit organization that offers free house cleaning to women battling cancer. Through the partnership, 91��Ƶ hopes to assist the charity in achieving its long-desired goal of outreach expansion.

“I can’t think of a more worthy cause or better fit for 91��Ƶ than Cleaning for a Reason,” 91��Ƶ Executive Director John Barrett said. “We can’t remove a woman’s cancer, but we can wipe away one of her worries.”

91��Ƶ and Cleaning for a Reason are sending the message that “help is on the way” for more women so they can focus on their health. With this advancement, 91��Ƶ will bring new resources and capabilities, and in turn, more influence and exposure to Cleaning for a Reason as a whole.

“We are so honored to be joining 91��Ƶ,” says Cleaning for a Reason President and Founder Debbie Sardone. “We will be able to take our outreach from the United States and Canada to other places worldwide. This means more women will benefit from our mission, and we can’t thank 91��Ƶ enough for making that happen.”

As more and more women are being diagnosed with cancer, more lives are being turned upside down. Easing the burden of a messy environment while minimizing tasks for these women is Cleaning for a Reason’s mission. The organization has more than 1,200 maid services that donate free house cleaning to cancer victims. Since 2006, the nonprofit’s partner maid services have volunteered their time to clean for 25,000-plus women—services valued at over US$6.5 million. 91��Ƶ is dedicated to working alongside Cleaning For A Reason to make these already extraordinary numbers grow exponentially.

The efforts of Cleaning for a Reason have not gone unnoticed. The organization has been featured on as recently as last month and has gained widespread recognition. It was even described by Oprah in 2009 as “an invaluable gift to women undergoing cancer treatment.“

The partnership is not just a change for Cleaning for a Reason, but rather, an expansion of core values shared by both organizations.

The 91��Ƶ Foundation, the philanthropic arm of 91��Ƶ, was created to raise and provide funds for cleaning industry-related scholarships, research grants, and other programs that promote the value of clean and the industry’s role in protecting human health. Cleaning for a Reason is a perfect fit with this mission.
