What is the ICRA?
WASHINGTON — What is the ICRA? Inquiring minds get answers to this and other questions about this new national association, according to a press release.
ICRA is an acronym for the Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Association, which consists of several like-minded trade associations within the inspection, cleaning and restoration industry joining together to work towards the common goal of improving service and education for their members, the release stated.
According to the release, the ICRA was established in December 2011 by seven regional trade associations, including the (SCRT), the (CRA), the (PACR), the (MCRA), the (MSPCA), the (NEIRC) and the (NYRCI), with the desire to share benefits, resources and knowledge.
Through the cooperative effort and shared work of all ICRA members, its existence will enhance each organization”s member benefits and education of the industry overall, the release noted.
It is also important to note that the ICRA, an association membership organization, is not a part of , a standard and certification organization, the release added.
